  • This course has been developed by the World Meteorological Organization (WMO) under the Intra-ACP Climate Services and Related Applications (ClimSA) Programme. ClimSA is a flagship initiative of the Organisation of African, Caribbean and Pacific States (OACPS), funded by the European Union under the 11th European Development Fund. Some of the information in the course was produced as part of various donor-funded projects that WMO has implemented in recent years.
